The park currently operates as both a Tourist Facility and Vineyard. It covers 39 Acres and is about 150 metres wide by 1000 metres deep. The property is freehold and extends down to the crown land which surrounds Lake Bonney therefore giving what is effectivley direct lake access. Pelican Point Resort was set up by ourselves about 10 years ago and operates as a ‘hobby’ and lifestyle which we have sought to follow.
