Lupin Lodge… may offer the ultimate value in clothing-optional relaxation and nude recreation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Members escaping the pressure-cooker of nearby Silicon Valley swear that only a few hours spent au naturél at Lupin provide the de-stressing equivalent of a seven-day cruise. Just imagine how relaxing an Eden-like vacation or holiday getaway might feel at one of California’s most scenic naturist resorts. Consider a romantic weekend in a comfortable cabin, try an enchanting overnight in an exotic yurt or simply camp under the stars and trees in the fabulous Santa Cruz Mountains.

Uncomfortable

2.0/ 5

My two experiences there were that they look suspiciously at single males there. Always felt like a pariah, even though all I wanted to do was spend a quiet relaxing time there sunning, hiking and reading. Constantly being eyed by the locals. Too bad – the setting was very attractive.

Poorly managed

1.0/ 5

I’ve visited twice to give this more than one chance, but each visit was disappointing. There were silverfish bugs in my yurt, you can hear noises from nearby yurts, and the community areas could use a good wipe down at the very least. I was told my yurt would be ready when they call me, but they never called and i had to call them instead only to receive the answer “oh yea it’s ready now” Unprofessionally run which is a shame because the hikes and natural location are beautiful.

Very nice place to spend a couple of days naked in the hills

4.0/ 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Lupin at the end of May, it got a bit chilly in the evenings, but during the day the weather was perfect. The rental accommodations are yurts, which are very nice especially because you can see the stars from your bed. Shower blocks are nice and clean, great pool, hot tub and sundeck and a decent restaurant. The staff was very nice and friendly, very much recommended!

Nice rustic place to visit

4.0/ 5

I have only had a few half day visits here, but I try to visit every time in Bay Area. Pool, sauna and hot tubs are nice. Showers and restrooms are clean. Staff and all i have met are friendly. I really like hiking the hillside, but it is steep! Close enough to hot over to Santa Cruz and get some nude beach time in! Yurts look fine to stay, but haven’t yet.
