Liga Völs

We did not actually stay at the campsite as it was full, they only have 5 spots for visitors so booking in advance is a must (we did not and thus had to be turned down). Owner/caretaker seemed friendly chap as well as some of the locals we met. Seculded spot in the Innsbruck valley. Although we personally don’t like this area too much the actual site is seculded and it’s still a good base for a number of valleys and mountain passes nearby.

Liga Vols is a nice little campground which is part of a naturist club. There are only about five camping spots and most of the visitors are members who come for the day. The area is nice, lots of nature and close to beautiful Innsbruck. The campground itself has a very nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere. The reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is because the staff only speaks German and we had to pay for the showers.
