Le Clapotis

Been there 6 times yet , and going there for the 7th time. Returning there is a bit like coming home. If you search for a calm and rather basic campsite this is the place. Lying on a little hill between vineyards and the lake, it’s so peaceful. After 22h it’s all quiet, no disco, no party’s, only once a week an event. The atmosphere is very familiar, all kinds of people are staying there, some guests stay there for several months. Don’t surch any luxury, return to a stressless vacation and stay. Also a super spot for kite and windsurf. The only place I think where you can kite/windsurf naked. For swimming is the lake not deep enough. The nearest nude beach is the beach at Aphrodite Village in Leucate, a wonderful, large, clean beach. Also at the beach nearby Port-la-nouvelle you can go naked, but there are lots of textile people and the beach isn’t cleaned.
