Cypress Cove Nudist Resort Claimed

We stayed here for four nights prior to the Big Nude Boat in January / February 2018. We thought booked a 2 bedroom villa as we were staying with some friends from Adelaide. First thing to note is that a 2 bedroom villa is in fact a 2 bed room it has one large bedroom with two large beds in it, you might want to keep that in mind if you’re traveling with others. That said the rooms were well presented and left us wanting for little. The place is located in walking distance of stores, that’s an Aussie walking distance so interpret that as you please, so supplies are available. The pools are great, we spent a lot of time there, and the spas (hot tubs) also however, they used a chemical in them we aussies aren’t familiar with so to us it had an odd smell but the locals seemed fine with it. The food from the pool bar, cheeks, was great as was the service. As for what else to do there, well it’s Orlando so there’s lots of options. Spending everyday there would be a tad wasteful, and may well not impress the kids if they find out how close the House of Mouse was. For our days there the only place we went to was KSC, let’s face it if you’re old enough to remember that July afternoon you need to see it. The rest of the time was spent catching up with friends from the US that meet us there. As for ages yes there was a range but not sure the ratio of couples to singles. We left there with six bus loads of fellow cruisers so we no doubt influenced the demographic somewhat. Lastly, and this may seem odd, there’s a clothing store there. There’s a number of resorts that have clothing stores in them and they’re pitched at nudists. I don’t think we’ve ever bought an item of clothing, for either of us, from one of these stores that we didn’t like. Or for that matter that we don’t still like. Enjoy Kim & Peter

My wife and I have stayed at Cypress Cove 5 times. It is our favorite Nakation destination. We always stay in the Villas. The last 3 times in Remodeled King rooms. They are clean and housekeeping does a great job from day to day. We love the pools, we spend the majority of our pool time in the main pool but each have their appeal. As far as dining is concerned we were very satisfied with the choices we made.. The proximity of Cheeks, the poolside restaurant and bar, to both pools lends convenience for lunch, snacks and dinner. The bar at cheeks is quite popular and well stocked. A short walk will get you to Lakeside Restaurant. We like the Thursday night promotion where if you dine nude you get a complimentary glass of wine. I can also attest to the quality meals at Lakeside. Try the Maryland Crab Cakes, the menu has a number of great choices. We also like to get massages at the poolside Silver Lining Massage, My wife got her hair cut at the salon near the pool and I got a pedicure. We were both happy with our results. I cant leave out the Boutique where we have bought towels, hats and several other items. I better not neglect the grounds which are lovely and include Tennis Courts, Pickleball courts, Pétanque etc. Check out the website for more details. Meanwhile down at the lake we got our first look at the new docks. Its worth checking them and the beach out. Last but not least is the office and staff. The check in and check out are quite simple. The staff is friendly and responsive, answering our questions and providing great service. All in all we had a very satisfying stay and loved the sense of freedom we felt leaving our cares outside the gates.
